EverGreen Pre-Finished 18mm AU Spotted Gum in Greenwich, 150 m², glued and nailed, living, dining, hallway, staircase and bedrooms. Solid prefinished spotted gum, 130mm boards, secret-nailed and scribed into the sliding door track. Cut outside on the drop saw and laid board by board - the part of a solid timber job that a finished photo never shows. Downstairs involved sanding and polishing of existing cypress pine timber, with a dark stain to close match the new spotted gum flooring upstairs.
